Career As A Professional Singer

Imagine you are the next Indian Idol. Does this idea appeal to you? Would you like to pursue a career as a background singer or simply release your albums? How about you perform on stage and move the crowd to the sound of your voice?

As a professional singer you will be part of bands or sing with orchestras, others perform solo or play their instruments. Auditions are often required, and travel is usually a part of the job. Singers need more than a great singing voice and a distinct style to succeed in singing professions. Qualities such as determination, perseverance, self-discipline, self-confidence and the ability to face rejection must be developed by singers.

Eligibility Criteria and Higher Studies

To pursue eligibility Bachelor of Arts in Music (Music Vocal), the candidate should get an average of 50% marks in 10+2 examination.
