Sharad Vivek Sagar is no celebrity. He was just an ordinary boy with extraordinary leadership skills. He was born in Bihar, a small village in India. He was home schooled by his parents due to a lack of availability and access to good education facilities. However, later he went to his first school at the age of 12 through a scholarship. Prior to that, Korean martial arts was his only formal education. In school, he excelled at everything, be it academics or sports. He was truly a leader. He began to outperform his mates as he was also a great orator. Sharad was more forthcoming than anyone really expected. He even coached his school-mates and friends in studies & public speaking and also used to connect himself to various social enterprises and NGOs to volunteer for social work.

Sharad Sagar was still in his school days when he partook over 300 discussions for more than 20,000 children and youth and published over 200 newsletters. Heroically presiding over many student councils, Sharad also won national and international debates, quiz competitions and secured multiple scholarships. He has represented India at major intergovernmental and several UN platforms like Japan, South Korea, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and India and soon founded his own start-up ?Dexterity Global? to extend the same opportunities to future young leaders. His excellent contribution in multiple dimensions makes him one of the youngest entrepreneurs in India along with a youth inspiration.

He won himself a full scholarship worth 4 crores to pursue a Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Arts in International relationship and a Minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership in the United States of America (USA) at Tufts university. Sharad graduated with a B.A. in International Relations (with a special focus on International Security) and a Minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership to understand the ideas and challenges of 21st century leadership better. In college, Sharad delivered guest lectures while still student-managing the varsity Ice Hockey team as its first non-American Team Manager and ran his internationally awarded start-up Dexterity Global from his dorm room. Sharad became the first first-year student ever to win the $100,000 Entrepreneurship Challenge and received the Paul and Elizabeth Montle Prize for Entrepreneurial Achievement. Sharad also received the Davis Foundation Peace Prize, the Presidential Award for Public Service and the Samuel Huntington Public Service Award. In May 2016, Sharad became the first Indian to deliver the Graduation Address at Tufts University and later that month turned down a Master?s Degree offer from Harvard University to return to India to continue working with children and youth.

After many such accomplishments, his work on the front of social enterprising, research, start-up consulting and much more, he became frequent with the dignitaries like CEO of Apple, the President of the USA and more such elite personalities.
